TOMA: Top Of Mind Awareness[1] TOMA is what's going on if I ask you to "name an American car company" and you immediately reply "Ford". And chances are you will say "Ford" and not "Buick" or "Chrysler" or whatever. Ford have done a good job of building TOMA.
