5-7, usually closer to 7, I take a day off only if I'm extremely sore, and two days if I'm sick. Last summer I did about 10-14 sessions a week (morning and evening) but that was just wrong and I was constantly depressed and overtrained. Now I'm just running every day for fun :) Oh yeah, I'm a runner. |
