Are you talking just salary? Where? I've been working for 25 years and haven't crested the $100K mark (upstate NY & midwest) in gross salary. But that goes a long way here. However I get several weeks of paid vacation, health insurance, 401K match, profit sharing. Any other position I have looked at lately is a step backwards from that. |
