> I have vivid memories of that time — my self-image had been wrapped up in being “a good programmer”, and here I was just hideously failing. I lost sleep. I had these little panic attack episodes. I don't understand these people. If I'm in a situation where I am way above my estimate, I just accept that the estimate was wrong and make sure I make constant progress. It will get done when it will get done. |
