This reminds me of an obviously perfectly logical request a coworker came to me with once. Even though our CRM automatically emailed our customers a copy of their invoice once their order was taken, she wanted to print out the invoice, scan it back to her PC as a PDF, then email that PDF to the client "just to make sure." Nevermind the fact that the CRM had a mechanism specifically designed for manually emailing an invoice to the customer already built in in the event that they didn't get the invoice the first time. |
