Ecommerce recommendations for Personalizing/Customized products

I'm opening up an online storefront for custom giftbags/giftbag filling targeting the Cleveland, Ohio audience. I want to hit this summer's "wedding season" quite HARD & hope to pick up some corporate events/meetings in the area as well. I need some input regarding the best ecommerce platform to use in terms of allowing customization, personalizing, filler selection (ie wine, peanuts, pictures), ribbon/bag colors, ect. Thoughts on Volusion, Shopify, ect. please
