(Everpix founder here) We are working on it, but it's not ready for prime time yet. From our FAQ [1]: Everpix Uploaders fully support external drives but currently do not support network drives (aka NAS). Our Mac and Windows Uploaders use some advanced file system features to track photo files and these are typically not available (or not reliable enough) on network drives.
