>They extend an offer, you agree the price, you agree to buy and they sell. But they're suggesting that you buy, and consume the product, before agreeing a price? Pretty much anything custom-made works like that (have you never bought bespoke furniture?) - the seller will do the work and then bill you for how much it turned out to cost. You can sue them if it's unreasonable. |
