Um. No. That works for GitHub, Facebook and Pinterest (and God knows I'd kill to be in their shoes) but for the rest of us this advice doesn't quite work out. Any investor will also want to understand the overall market, trends, pain points, customer case studies if any, competitors, product roadmap, etc. Don't want to do this type of work on your pitch and don't have the kind of explosive growth the companies above had?
