On a design note, there is a really weird bug going on with the page in chrome. It looks like Montserrat is showing little pixel sized bumps on top of the smaller letters. I'm not quite sure why, I've never noticed this before with any other font and IE displays the page fine.

Thanks for the heads-up Chris! I'm not seeing anything when viewing it in Chrome, but I will definitely look into it.
Also, gray text on white background. Can't read it!
I was about to suggest the same thing, reading was very difficult.
Sorry, Rohan!
Yeah, that's really hard to read. I ended up not reading it because I don't want to spend 5 minutes squinting first thing in the morning :)
You could just use the chrome developer tools to change the colour ;) But yeah I agree
Just to confirm it does the same for me in Chrome 27.0.1444.3 dev-m. Here's a screengrab http://i.imgur.com/NwS2XFZ.png
Wow, that looks really crummy. What OS are you running? It looks fine on Chrome 26 on OS X 10.8.
I've got the same 'look' on Chrome 26 under Windows 7.
Wow, just wow. This is what the page looks like to me, completely different: http://i.imgur.com/kgKMGg4.png

Thanks for the head-up, Sam. I'm going to dive into this and get this fixed asap.
Chrome on Windows has horrendous @font-face rendering.
Thanks for the screenshot, SwirlyCheetah! This helps a lot.
I'm getting it on Firefox. This is what it looks like.

Same here.
Some kind of aliasing issue, goes away as you zoom in.
Is this a sign of a badly hinted font? At first I thought it was Chrome's font rendering problem[0] again, but it's rendering fine for me on Ubuntu/Chrome, and others here are seeing the problem with Firefox.

I'll take a look at this, Lee. Thanks for the resource!
