Chess has many lessons to teach the entrepreneur, or indeed any businessperson. One is the difference between strategy (aka planning) and tactics, and the vital importance of strategy. I've seen too many companies run entirely in reactive "what do we do next?" mode - you can't do that and win at chess or life. |
