The problem is that recruiters carpet email (bomb) programmers, for many of them it's a numbers game. They aren't interested in taking the time to get to know you and frankly I don't expect that they do. The best way, in my opinion, to get a new job is to be proactive and search for it yourself. Contact companies directly, use your network and see how you get on. Recruiters sadly aren't interested making friends. |
