Alternatively: pick up climbing and enjoy life more.

There's not much that I can say which will be more useful than this, simply examine the reasons you left, where you want your life to be better and do it.

Good advice thx :) A lot was missing on my last job. The projects were focused on making money no matter what not really fun and challenging stuff.
