I think this is a good response, they apologized, took responsibility for what has happened and said they were committed to fixing it and what they would do next to go about fixing it. Also the message came directly from the top with the GM carrying the can regardless of if he was directly at blame or not. I was expecting more of a 'sorry, your holding it wrong' approach. |
