At my last startup we looked at trying to get H1-B visas for engineers. I forget the details, but the basic answer was: impossible. Or, rather, too expensive, difficult, and slow to be a useful option in a startup context. (FWIW, E3 visas, which are limited to Australians, were supposed to be much easier.) As others suggest, I think your best option is to find an established company, one for whom getting visas is a well-established process. Good luck! |
