I made a spreadsheet of 53 victims I found. It seems the defining trait is that the account was opened in 2007. There was like one or two from 2006 and one from 2012 but that one may be spurious. Also, almost everyone on the list unambiguously owns an iPhone, but that may just be a coincidence owing to popularity and my sample being inherently weighted to English-speakers.
