I think change will be exponential. For example, look at the change in the makeup of Canadian provincial premiers. All 10 premiers were men 20 years ago, but now:
Ontario: Kathleen Wynn (Last weekend)
Quebec: Pauline Marois (September 2012)
Alberta: Alison Redford (October 2011)
British Columbia: Rita Johnston (1991), Christy Clark (March 2011) |
