How does Newegg recoup the loss of time and money involved in raising this lawsuit? Wouldnt it make sense for Hacker News to provide an affiliate URL to Newegg? After all, you wouldnt be shopping there if it werent for YC notifying you of their noble actions - YC is driving business to them and receiving no sales commissions. |
