In France we get 5 weeks minimum (some companies give more). If you don't take your vacations, that's not good for the company. The accumulation of vacations is considered a debt in the accounting book, and if you leave they need to pay it cash. In a previous job I remember seeing the accountant sermoning my boss (the CTO and cofounder) because we was not taking any vacations. |
