More and more I'm seeing programmers and "nerds" being idolized in pop culture; From Big Bang Theory to iJOBS to a "reality TV" show about silicon valley. Best Buy had a commercial on the other day about beta testing a TV (WTF?). Beta being a term a lot of non-tech people wouldn't know. It's getting a bit annoying, what's everyone else's take on it? |
