> Court dockets are mostly concerned with the mechanics of a single case--they are not intended to be a source of law As a former lawyer turned programmer I just want to say that court opinions posted to the docket are a source of law. Even unpublished opinions have some use, and while you can get some published opinons from court websites its far from comprehensive and not easy to search. Never mind what a great research source other attorney's briefs are. |
