There booking system could perhaps n amount of flight and your subsequent bookings meant the earliest booking got lost. With that I'd check them again and see if they are all there still and no other flights lost.

I would also push for a explanation as to why it shows as canceled as there will be a audit trail fo some kind digitaly.
