I was a co-founder of a startup that never delivered and gained the reputation of not being able to do so. We decided not to launch after reevaluating the marketplace. We're in a city that doesn't embrace failure among startups so it's been especially difficult. I've learned to stay more stealth but in reality would love to talk to people about my ideas. Personally, I've grown from this "failure" and pivoted on to something great. How do I regain my reputation and should I even care? My focus is my customers and have already gained significant traction on my new startup. |

When we fail we are forced to change. Change is good. It brings new things into our lives. There is a sayingt that goes something like this:
If you want to change the world, change your country. If you want to changeyour country, change your town. If you want to change your town, change your neighborhood. If you want to change your neighborhood, change your home. If you want to change your home, you gotta change yourself.
Failure is the mechanism through which we receive feedback to make sure the change we are doing is positive. Dont shy away from it. Run towards it and embrace. For it will set you free.
