Interesting. Where was this? I think it depends where you are. I live in SF and I've never had any of these problems, and I've been using it for about a year. I often reserve a car 15 minutes in advance, even on weekends. The garage next to me has two Minis, and BMW and a Benz. Also they have a zero-liability waiver for $80/yr. |
