would you guys hire a non ruby/rails developer(willing to learn of course, i can read/grok it but i've never written anything in it). my background and knowledge only applies to java/c#/python/coldfusion/javascript/xpath/xquery/xslt(i do know backbone/coffeescript which is listed on the job post). thanks! |
