The title is misleading. 3-MMC differs from Cocaine in that it doesn't turn you into an egomaniac asshole, which is due to its acting on the Serotonin receptors.
most drugs get people talking but there’s something especially cocky about the cocaine types. i’ve never done it but i can occasionally tell when someone’s used it regularly because of a particular bluster they develop.
