Huh? Do you mean that in a literal sense, that Camus doesn't give instructions on how imagination works? To me, the quote certainly does explain how Sisyphus could be happy:

His fate belongs to him. His rock is his thing [..] The struggle itself toward the heights is enough to fill a man's heart

If you were in Sisyphus' shoes, could you be happy under those terms?

Struggle alone doesn't do it for me personally, but taking pride in how well I struggle does.
