> Basic bootstrap means 'the developer did not care much about design'. It could also reasonably mean that they consider a generic design fine. Design has many aspects, and branding/uniqueness is only one. You could, for example, have a very high quality layout of the bootstrap controls that is very easy and intuitive to use. |
