i guess it would depend on how big the tattoo is and what it is/where it had to be. but if the job was a good fit and someone really wanted on the team...ok i guess. if the jobs a shite one this might be a way for HR to filter out people who are going to whine before they bother interviewing... i mean why hire whiners if you know the work is gonna suck. |
