Is there a name for the phenomenon in which you look at something and know that there is something wrong with it but struggle to identify the problem?

I got this feeling looking at the (non)word cantine.

Wiktionary lists cantine as an archaic form of canteen, also the french word that canteen came from is also spelled cantine.
