It's Apple, being hostile towards developers is their whole thing.

Apple does prioritise their users even above their developers, fair enough.
How distributing an app that steals crypto for weeks is "prioritise their users"?
Are developers not users too? In my mind, people using the App Store to post apps are also users of the App Store.
I'd bet 90% of people implementing a nag screen go "ugh, a nag screen" when they're in user context on the App Store just like the rest of us.
I more meant that, from Apple's perspective, somebody who downloads an app from the App Store is a user, and somebody who posts an app is also a user. Different use cases, obviously, but they're both users. If they prioritize users, both groups should be included.
And when the needs conflict?
Yeah you’re supposed to praise them for it because they have laptops with aluminum shells or whatever.
As someone who has done quite a bit of development for the various apple platforms since ~system 7... what the hell are you talking about?

Compared to windows the documentation is better and clearer, the apis are generally clearer and the sdks are better put together.

That said I hardly interact with the app store, but when I have it's been.. fine.

Beats the hell out of the microsoft ecosystem.

Pay me $100/year and I’ll explain to you what the GP is talking about.
