Rather than a fixed amount of net worth, I'd rather it was linked to something like the minimum wage (e.g. minimum wage x 10 million) or the net worth of the poorest 10%. There should be some mechanism to prevent runaway wealth hoarders from stealing power and resources from the rest of us. |
