Not really, have you tried to do anything innovative working remote with a team? In any meeting half the people are checked out watching youtube. The collaborative whiteboarding experience is terrible. Working remote is good for plug and chug type work, but the team dynamic is an empty husk compared to working alongside others in the real world. It can be done if you absolutely have to, but don't try even pretend the effectiveness is anywhere close to being in person. |
