I’ve been interviewing in big tech for nearly 8 years. I’ve not tracked but hires are far fewer compared to rejections.
The article talks about how larger, well-known companies are pickier. Google was at 21% the whole time, Microsoft at mid 30s. This sounds right to me (note these are not just engineering roles).
