The streams are the stations' own public broadcasts. I play them client-side in a standard <audio> element — the same request your browser makes on the station's own website. I don't rehost, record, cache, or proxy anything, and there are no ads inserted. It's the same model as radio.garden or TuneIn. Stations can request removal via a contact form and I take them down.
