Because that's where the line is drawn in this current subthread - 1 day before delivery. If you cannot understand that people consider that a child (i.e. 1 day before delivery) then you have no hope of swaying your audience to your side of the argument at all!

Really? The linked article clearly says the limit is 12 weeks. Quite a ways away from 'one day' before delivery.

Please read the thread; the article is about 12 weeks, the pro-lifers in this thread are sticking to 1-day prior to delivery.
