During the pandemic I was uninvited from my company off-site because I was unvaccinated for COVID, despite consenting to a COVID test immediately prior. After that, I'm pretty sure my manager and many others conspired to set me up for failure, meetings with people I had never met were oddly hostile, etc.

I guess this is to say that when you have these offsites it is in your best interest to attend and assimilate. Never relax!
