I think a lot is about a group with a particular behaviour. I'm in central London and we have all races and nationalities - black, white, arab, muslim, chinese, everything really but it's only the Roma that camped in my local square and do organised begging. And it isn't just how they are - they are shipped in by organisers by the coach load to beg awhile and give a cut to the organisers. |
