The It-must-be-important email service. The service is an intermediary.

It's clearly identified with domains like @itsimportant ... and one happily gives to the more and more places that need the email for really important cases, where one expects to get an alert if they've been hacked or other, but just know they'll send daily BS to the point that you'll miss anything important.

It works by the paid service forwarding on emails, but only if the sender pays. First contact free for testing purposes obviously. Subsequent emails are returned back to admin @foo informing them the cost, reimbursed if it is indeed a critical email however if not important, the email will be at cost ... If then it's decided to be sent, the recipient confirms either way -- it was important, the sender gets their money back. Note, it has to be a significant sum, 10 bucks or so for each email. If not, with the recipient replies with the email as proof and why it was spam, and the service keeps the money :) Obviously there would be headaches along the way, such a service would have to hire on legal folks to help idiot senders or recipient work out why their email was or wasn't important. If scumbags are not happy, the recipient tells them they happily accept important email for free, regardless of any fine print of getting emails from third parties and the like, they've had to read the spam to confirm it wasn't important.
