I understand your pain. One of the cruel realities of ADHD is how difficult it makes doing the things needed to help you treat it. I honestly just went with whatever my doctor/insurance gave me. Its a Luna G3X and my insurance uses a company called BetterNight. They have been fine so far, but I know there are also companies you can use that don't take insurance that I have generally heard are better to work with if you are okay with not using insurance. Lofta was what was recommended to me by a coworker.

Thank you for the report and the empathy! Insurance is a mixed bag. Great if they pay for a $4k oral appliance. Not great if them paying for a CPAP is conditional on hitting the initial usage compliance targets, or they dictate specific machines.
