Claims that funds were shifted to 'other agencies' that 'could have' prevented things, but didn't, in an attempt to obscure the fact/admission that DOGE's cuts directly resulted in many preventable deaths. The author states that the subtext is that only people we don't care about died, which seems an interpretation not a literal quote. |
