I've been driving NixOS with Codex and it's simply amazing. I used to regard Nix as a hobbyist thing that I couldn't bother with because it's tedious and complex even though the declarative nature of it is so cool. Now the tedious and complex parts are gone, leaving only the benefits. NixOS is definitely my preferred place to be now because the AI can maintain the declaration tree while me a monkey just say "me want Razer keybind switcher in tray" and it builds one in 10 minutes and writes it into the config so setting up a new computer with it is easy as cake. |
