This is basically just a marketing brochure for a voting machine. It is clearly aimed at a nontechnical customer (I.e open source mentioned but not linked, a NIST encryption standard referenced but not explained).
I will just point out that experts generally agree that paper ballots are the most secure and reliable way to hold elections. |
