It's important to know when and how to delegate.

I studied a Chemistry specialization in high school. The idea is after graduating that we could run a small chemistry factory. We ha a lot of courses of chemistry.

We also had a course about electric motors, not because we wold have to repair them, but we need to have enough knowledge to understand the guy that would come some day to repair the electric motor.

But it was important to understand that electricity was not our main task, and we should hire an expert to repair it instead of studding all the details about it.

[Other classroom had an Electricity specialization. They had only one shallow Chemistry course, exaclty for the oposite reason.]
