relevant xkcd: https://xkcd.com/2347/ but on a serious note it is a bit more than some guy's list, it's more of an initiative that was started by the Mozilla Foundation and is used by: - browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Opera... - password managers, Let's Encrypt, cURL - Cloudflare just to name a few.
