I'll go a different direction than soupspaces: "Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up."

This is why most organizations have more than one person. Most teams do, too. Specialization means that you can know one thing very deeply, but it also means that you don't have to know everything.

Unfortunately (or fortunately) for me, it’s too much fun to try to learn everything. Perhaps I should see it as a hobby, not as my mission in life. For the last 3 decades I acted as if it was my mission. That’s how much fun it is.

But yea seeking connection will be more important.
