The central point in all of this is that sex and gender are separate (though they do have a strong correlation). It's not gender realignment surgery but Sex Reassignment Surgery (SRS). Your definitions of sex and gender appear to be very confused. Sex is what sexual organs you possess. Gender is your identity/personality/psychology. |
