Russia spends a lot of money on war and not on "new streets" or fixing existing streets.

Long lasting infrastructure investments for longterm gains.

Well, "news streets" just sound weird. If you build a new apartment building or a whole block (which is now it is done these days in Russia, especially Moscow) - you build a street unless there is already one.

And there is no point in a random new street. Like... for what?
