You guys need to wake up and realize that Anthropic are the enemy. They just increased their political spending as well... Stop giving them your money or this never ends.
Put the pieces together. They are the ones lobbying for this. They've been attempting regulatory capture for years. They're also known for ripping customers off.
Well they were founded by splitting off from OAI because of ethics concerns, portraying themselves as the good guys, and then turned around and did nothing different than OAI. Basically I think people thought the big corporation was on their side, and are now surprised that they are no different than the competition, which can leave a sour taste in your mouth
