More explnation:
They aren't directly comparable. Ookla uses several parallel connections to a nearby server while this data comes from single browser connection to a CDN server. That makes routing, latency and the device more significant, so the country rankings come out differently. Neither ranking is definitive but they measure different aspects of the connection.
